These are based on Rd Sap – The Standard Assessment Procedure for calculating CO2 Rating emission from Homes.
Alternatively if you chose to provide the answers to our questions for a fee then we can issue On-Line Home Energy Assessments based on a close equivalent of the Rd Sap CO2 Rating of Carbon Emissions.
This cannot be 100 % accurate without a visit to your home and with a Home Energy Report certified by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).
Home Energy Surveys now apply to Housing Associations Social Housing and Tenancies.

We can provide On Site Home Energy Surveys for Domestic Properties linked to the Rd Sap Home Energy Rating and this identifies the CO2 footprint of each home.

New Legislation & Regulations in April 2008 have been introduced to ensure that home owners improve the Energy Efficiency of their homes and now the European Directive covers all types and size of domestic properties.
This is based on including Energy Survey Reports - Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) in the “Home Information Packs” at the time of sale or letting of the property. Energy Performance Certificates will likely be required regardless of the format of future 'Home Information Packs'.
